I started this challenge with a bunch of friends from all over the globe in February 2016. Each month one of us would choose a theme and everyone would create a piece of art. Be it animation, illustration, sound or a piece of text — everything was allowed. The project ran for one and a half years. Below are my favourite four pieces I created in this time.

For the theme "Nightmares″ I chose to illustrate some morning nightmares by creating a couple of animations – fucked up toast, an annoying strand of hair and motherflippin’ soap chaos.

My main idea for this one was to capture the inbetween state of being awake and being asleep and through various experiments with shot footage and post-production effects, the end result turned out to be a lot more abstract than I had originally intended.

RPG stands for "Role Playing Game". I went for a little word play and created an animation I titled “Roll Playing Game”.

In May 2016 I had a couple of hours of free time while rendering for my graduation project in the 3D lab at university today. So I sat down and created a 3D scene for the theme in this month. The modelling was done in Maya and for the final rendering I used V-Ray.
