Alluvia Terrace Housing

The design concept of the Alluvia Terrace Housing was to create a contrast of elements at different components of the house unit. The studio opted to create a play of different materials | negative & positive space | Visual Angles, to stimulate the users experience. Large minimalistic openings was created to provide visual connection with the home user and the external garden environment. The openings also allowed a play of light and shadow during the day through natural lighting, while at night through warm artificial lighting.
A strong contrast of materials was desired
