The idea for this project was to create a stacking tea set for one, with the cup warming on top of the tea vessel below. Inspiration came from the Memphis movement and Ettore Sottsass pieces. 

A wooden veneer cuff bent around the teapot would allow the piece to be without handles making it easier to store.
