The objective was to redesign the movie poster for ‘The Boondock Saints’, a film by Troy Duffy. The pistols that are engraved with ‘Veritas’ and ‘Aequitas’ (meaning Truth and Justice) represent the twin brothers, Connor and Murphy MacManus, who are the protagonists of the movie. The rosary represents their belief that they are saints sent from God to rid Boston of crime and evil.
