Twistos 'Así me Desconecto'
Twistos asked us to connect them to the social media world for the first time, ironically we made a campaign asking everyone to get disconnected. The challenge: How to make a fresh start with a brand new product and make a long lasting impression and, at the same time, engaging content.
It is never an easy task to reach an audience being a brand new product in the market with just opened social media accounts. So we asked them if they were willing to do a campaign with very little involvement and association with the name “Twistos” and asking people to disconnect themselves from the routine. And we came up with a name for the campaign and the Twistos’s URL “Así me desconecto” (So I Disconnect).

We developed a “Mockumentary” Web-serie where Erika de la Vega, Albi de Abreu and Prakriti Maduro showed us their absurd daily routines y what they would do to get a break from them: dancing the strange “Kuduwaki”, mixing “retro beat funky tropical music” and participating in a “Telepath Comedians Club”, in company with, obviously,Twistos.
The videos reached almost 200k views and the Facebook and Twitter accounts grew up faster in the first semester as the three actors were Influencers for a period of three months, boosting traffic to the Twistos pages. The hashtag #AsíMeDesconecto and the name @AsíMeDesconecto were synonym of being fresh, relaxed and truth to yourself “disconnected” from the daily affairs and routines.
