I graphically represented how personal the word Você (🇬🇧You) is and applies it in a vectored handwritten written typography that contrasts its organicism with the more serifed from the second section of the logo, representing the formality of the new career in their lives.
 
For the elements of support, were used references to power, rise and the sensation of focus, growth, all represented as the repetitions elements, including close-ups photos of escalators, business buildings and windows sequenced in perspective.
