Carrefour Employer branding campaign. 

For such a large supermarkets chains Carrefour Romania fights, as all retailers do, with a very low employer retention rate and a rather bad name as an employer. Alongside Elastic Studio & Zee51, a new campaign was built around the "Carrefour is about people" tagline.
