Race of Ages
Design a game that facilitates interaction between the old and the younger generations. It should create the necessary stimulus from which conversations can stem forth, for which memories and experiences are possible themes to be utilized. The game should be flexible in terms of the time required to complete a play and have a good tactile experience. It would be advisable to have traditional components for the elderly to relate to and at the same time should keep in mind the physical and technological capabilities of the players.
Cost of the game should fit at least a lower middle class budget (max. of few hundred rupees)

Information regarding the two user groups was gathered primarily through an online questionnaire (a Google form) along with one to one conversations with available subjects. Analysis of the graphs offered insights regarding the user habits, time usage and the spectrum of activities the audience indulged in. The conversation provided valuable inputs regarding the traditional elements that can potentially be incorporated.
The cards were designed keeping in mind the difficulties one faces when told to come up with about 8 different places they might have visited. Prompts are intended to provide clues or hooks that make it easier to retrieve such information.
