I founded "PennyJellies" online retro sweet shop & candy buffet service in 2010 and sold business in August 2012.

Developed and designed the original ecommerce website with an international customer base.

Developed "PennyJellies" brand.  I employed an external marketing company to update the brand identity and website.

Responsible for brand management, art direction, SEO, advertising & marketing, press releases, running successful social media marketing campaigns.  Recognition of "PennyJellies" brand with Irish media.

Day-to-day running of business, from dealing with clients, preparation and dispatch of orders, accounts, marketing, purchasing etc.

Business continues to operate under new ownership & management.
