Magnesium Poster
I started with sketching down notes and small concepts in a notebook.
From those ideas I created 3 quick concepts that represented 3 different things Magnesium did. I decided to move forward with the plant idea.
After choosing to follow the plant theme I created three new ideas that could convey that message. From Here I picked two ideas to refine a little more.
I decided at this point to continue on using the molecular garden concept. It came down to refining the type. There were a few different iterations before deciding on the final version.
When exploring the type I took it into Illustrator to play around with it. I started to make "Creates Life" look like it was growing out of the ground and this inspired the rest of the type for the final poster.
The final poster comes together with more interesting type and better quality imagery for the large print type.
