We had to convey the meaning of a word through the type. For the first thumbnails I got a little to abstract.

I took a step back simplifying down to actual words. 

Three final designs. I took Headache and Gone forward into color.

Getting more detailed into Headache. I sued texture to remind the viewer of the sharp pains that come with headaches.
