Building strong foundations for a fast-growing hospitality brand.
With several successful projects for the Buzzworks Group under our belts, we created the identity for House, a new family of contemporary cafés, bar and restaurants.
The Buzzworks team had a vision for a brand that would complement their existing portfolio of hospitality venues. Their concept was for an affordable yet trend-focussed food and drink destination, House, that could effectively roll out in towns across Scotland.
We worked with the team at Buzzworks to develop a brand proposition for House, based around the idea of ‘simple dishes with big flavours’. This informed our visual direction which combined bold typography and a vibrant dazzle pattern with a distinctive colour palette for each House venue.
Having created a flexible and site-specific identity system for House, we have developed the visual style across five venues so far, with future sites planned for launch in the near future.
