I started off with the picture of the group for this image. I used the magic selection tool to cut them out, which caused a few gaps in their image, unfortunately. I cut this selection out and added a striped drop shadow. I used the brush tool with 0% hardness to create the fade at the bottom. I used the center align tool to center all of my text and added a white outer glow to the black rectangles on the sides. I also used the eyedropper tool to select my red color from one of their shirts so it would match well.
