Rough & Tough Rebranding Project - 2016

Rough & Tough is a start-up company by a group of chemistry majors in the Ateneo de Manila University. They produced a hand scrub that was designed to effectively remove stubborn oils, grease, and paint from your hands.

As a branding exercise for the class, we broke off into groups and aided them in redesigning their brand, including the logo, typography, colors, business cards, packaging, a few posters, and other optional output we may like to add to their branding package. 
The logo, its variations, and the business cards in particular were designed by me.

PIctured above is the current branding for Rough & Tough. 

The founders wanted to update their look and asked for a brand that exhibited the "toughness" of their hand scrub, as well as what the hand scrub was for. They wanted dark colors and a strong vibe. 



We wanted each variety of hand scrub to have its own variation of the main logo by having a graphic of a stain mark for grease, oil, and paint.
