BRIEF
Saltermarka Gård is a local farm and family company in Brønnøysund, Norway. They grow strawberries and raspberries, and produce various products.
In 2012 they contributed with raspberries to the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany.
SYMBOL
Saltermarka Gård have chosen the bird trane as their symbol, because you can spot them in the local area. It gives the logo a sense of belonging.
In order to connect the symbol more to berries, I decided to make an outline of the bird, and let the image replace the content. It gives us the chance to play with the symbol, and change the expression depending on the single product we are marketing
