address:             Alderminster, Warwickshire
designed for:     private client

The building comprises of 2 storeys, loft for storage, garage and sun room. The client wished to benefit from open plan kitchen/living and dining. This has been provided with maximising the living area and gives flexibility for interior design. Main living area faces south, which lets our client enjoy natural sunlight.

Big modern glazing is superimposed with traditional materials giving the structure a modern shape. Despite vast glazing area, the house has been design with sustainability in mind - PV slate tiles was specified to generate 4 kw alongside mechanical ventilation heat recovery system (MVHR).

Ground Floor - 95m2 (1025 sq ft)
First Floor - 76m2 (820 sq ft)
