Existing building has been used as a shop for over 10 years and therefore it was classed as conversion under class Q permitted development. Existing building has been extended at the rear and to the side and the roof pitched has been raised. Main part os the house with a glass gable acommodates spacious kitchen and dining. For the elevations traditional cotswold stone has been proposed.

- Discharge of Conditions application

- Preparing Building Regulation drawings (ArchiCAD)
- Liaising with the client
- Liaising with structural engineer and sap engineer
- Submitting application to District Council
- Preparing Tender Packages
- Model making
- Internal visualisations (ArchiCAD)
