Creating brand awareness and a promise in a sea of competitors was a good challenge during the 2016 Dreamforce Expo. We told visual stories through video and personalized experiences, simulated the working walls of a Design Thinking session, conveyed in-depth service descriptions on booth walls and digital demos, and painted Dreamforce blue with captivating success stories of innovation in the best customer experience platform: Salesforce.
