Healthy Week
Create a campaign for the University of Leeds Healthy Week which focuses on adopting good healthy habits.


The campaign aims to grab peoples attention and make them stop and think. This is achieved with big typographical statements, which you would not usually associate with being healthy, the opposite in fact! These contradictions stand out, as people would stop to question why a Healthy Week campaign was telling you to “STUFF YOUR FACE”. 

However, once your attention is grabbed, your eye is led down to the smaller piece of text which flips the statements on their heads. For example “SIT DOWN AND PUT YOUR FEET UP….on those bicycle pedals and go for a ride”. The statements are then followed by the strap line, “turn those bad habits into good habits”, which ties the concept together. The idea is all about getting people to replace bad habits by adopting healthy ones.
