The story of Belvoir Ridge Creamery in Leicestershire. Featured by the Pasture-Fed Livestock Association in the launch of their new Pasture for Life milk and dairy certification. 

Belvoir Ridge were one of the first farms in the UK to test the new all-pasture production standards (meaning that their livestock are 100% grass-fed). 

Demand for their milk and cheese is considerable and they have been featured on television numerous times, been championed by Jamie Oliver and have exhibited internationally.
