HEATON DAINARD FORECLOSURES
My client, Heaton Dainard, wanted to add a real estate foreclosures department to their company to diversify their clientele.
I began researching this project by heading down to the foreclosure auctions and learning everything that I could about the process. After several strategy meetings with the Heaton Dainard leadership, an initial marketing email was created and distributed.
I designed the email templates for use in MailChimp, as well as email content. Heaton Dainard held weekly "Auction Preview Meetings", so I also designed their class's InDesign presentation, which walked clients through the foreclosure auction process. As a companion to this presentation, I helped put together auction packets of the week's upcoming investment opportunities.
To ensure the success of the new department, I monitored email analytics through MailChimp, including total opens, total clicks, unique opens, unique clicks, open rate and click rate (compared to the industry and list average), unsubscribes, bounces, new subscribers, and total subscribers. To gauge regional interest, clicks were also broken down and documented individually.
