Outcome
With the characters M/V (the traditional entry for man/women in vacancies) we designed a dynamic pattern system. Visualizing movement, balance and direction, the pattern is the most recognizable element of the identity and can easily be applied on various means of communication to obtain a strong and consistent company appearance.
