These elections allowed us to design an architecture "out of the box" that will impact Brussels environmentally.
The role of architects extends beyond mere conservation or restoration: it involves advocating a hybrid history, and making bold choices not for oneself but for others.
It also means being determined to act as advanced thinkers and take the Cultural Center into the 21st century in terms of uses, technological progress and innovative and sustainable construction principles. Today's architecture is capable of implementing "energy solidarity"
