Concept main idea is a direct  and convenient connection between the two wings of the floor, free communication between the elevators and the main open space. Lobby zones are free spaces in front of elevators, necessary for the reception of employees and visitors. As the width of the building left wing is 15m - the offices are divided by glass partitions, which allows to illuminate the whole space from two sides. Despite the fact that corridor is located deeply in the central part of the building, the natural light could reach it through the glazing. The ceiling is exposed, all metal structures, air ducts and other engineering networks are painted in one color, creating a comfortable working space at the expense of preserving ceiling maximum height.


Основной идеей концепции является прямая и максимально удобная связь между двумя крыльями этажа, свободная коммуникация между лифтами и главным open space. Зоны рецепций представляют собой свободные пространства перед лифтами, необходимые для приема сотрудников и посетителей. Так ,как глубина офисов в левом крыле составляет 15м - они делятся цельностеклянными перегородками , что позволяет освещать все пространство с двух сторон. Несмотря на расположение коридора в глубине здания, он получает естественное освещение через внутреннее остекление. Потолок открыт, все металлоконструкции, воздуховоды и другие инженерные сети окрашиваются в один цвет, создавая при этом комфортное рабочее пространство за счет сохранения максимальной высоты потолков.
