Ziafeh Mediterranean Café & Restaurant

The project has started since September 2016.

After a year, Now Ziafeh has 2 branches, One in Tehran (Elahiyeh) and another one in Kish Island (Cable Ski Park).

Client requested a fantacy design for logo and typeface of his new brand, so the shape of logo includes famous Arabic tea pot, while you can see a happy fat man who invites you to go inside.

In Graphic of Stationary design, I tried to use Mediterranean elements, but some shapes are from Granada Mosque in Spain and others are a combination pattern of Islamic and Mediterranean tiles. The selected color fills your mind with Mediterranean atmosphere.

The Interior Design completely inspired from the identity of logo and stationary design, and they matched each other harmonically.

The Calligraphy of cushions inspired from Calligraphies of Hafez's Poems by Vincent Abadie and some old Arabic calligraphies.

Some of calligraphies that are used in interior design was invented by myself.

For example, I changed a hemistich of a famous poem by Hafez in Persian "رواق منظر چشم من آشیانه توست" to "بدان که رواق منتظر چشم من آشیانه توست" and created a calligraphy with long " آ " words like Quranic tiles.
