J-I-S-T is a fine dining restaurant located in Rijeka, Croatia that mainly serves Boškarin meat, a long horned cattle from the Istrian peninsula. 

Boškarin is a symbol of the region that's why we decided to design restaurant identity around animal's unique head and long horns shape. To further enhance restaurant link to tradition we choose a unique name that is rooted to the local dialect where JIST means to eat.

By combining letters from the restaurant name we created an impacting typographic logo that reflects the bold yet sophisticated style of the restaurant and its menu.
