When I moved to Queens, New York, I decided to send postcards to my family members to inform them of my address change. I featured an illustration of my new apartment façade. This inspired a fun new project.
I loved the variety of architecture and design of the storefronts in my new neighborhood, so I began Our Vector City on Instagram, featuring illustrations of Queens restaurants. The response from the community was great.
The illustrations were featured in Edible Queens Magazine's Spring 2017 issue, and I was asked to write a piece titled "This Is My Queens."
