An illustration of a traditional hanami dango or sanshoku dango, another symbolic Japanese sweet associated with the Hinamatsuri "Girl's Day" festival and the Hanami festival which is devoted to the enjoyment of the transient beauty of flowers. The sweet also combines the characteristic three colors pink, white, and green. It is served with green tea –matcha– and a little origami crane for a beautiful contemplating moment.
