The owner of RLB Phoenix Properties is a special property developer in that he went into business strictly to help develop and revitalize downtown Kent, OH. As you can imagine there are thousands of "phoenix" logos that feature a stylized bird coming out of flames. This particular logo option intentionally avoided this flaming, tattoo style approach. I maintained a bird icon but designed its appearance to reference the structural nature of building design, construction, and site development. The angles, straight lines, and overlaps are intended to reference CAD drawings and/or blue prints - expressing a sense of thoughtful planning.
