Hometown Bank Launch

In 2012 Home Savings Bank changed it's name to Hometown Bank. They provided us with a new logo
and some ideas about what was going on in the business. As project manager and creative director,
I made sugegstions for abasic PR strategy and a plan to implement new messaging as well as updating some of the bank's visual identity. We also aimed to key in on the bank's long history in Kent, OH and all the new
development in the downtown area.
In the last four years, Kent, OH has seen drastic changes implemented to improve the downtown area. Through ventures both public, private and through the university (KSU) development projects are reshaping downtown Kent into an exciting place. Hometown Bank wanted to both acknowledge their 100 year presence in the downtown area and express excitement about the new development.

Additional promotional graphics, posters and signage I created.
A snap shot of some of the planning that went into handling the launch of the new name and updated brand materials.
A preliminary layout of a launch ad using the bank's old visual identity.
