LINDA’S KITCHEN

Mrs. Linda Lorkowski opened her bakery’s door over 23 years ago and it has been a community staple ever since. In her own words, “I combined time-tested recipes, the finest ingredients, a painstaking attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding my customers’ expectations. My bakery has become a Tallmadge tradition because when it comes to quality, we never compromise. We’re always looking for new ways to deliver old-world goodness to our busy customers and friends. That’s why hundreds of people choose Linda’s Kitchen to make every occasion more special.”

The bakery boasts hundreds of spectacular treats ranging from pies, cakes, tarts, and cookies. The cookies especially have made her bakery popular. Her cookies earned the bakery national acclaim when they were featured on Good Morning America. Such a demand was drummed up from her national debut that she expanded to an online market serving a much larger and national customer base. This makes having a recognizable brand even more important, unfortunately the current branding is inconsistent and fails to make the clear connection of being a bakery.

THE CHALLENGE

The challenge is clear, to create a brand that accurately represents Linda’s Kitchen that extends throughout all materials to convey a signature style. The new brand guidelines will create a cohesiveness that the current brand lacks, thereby making Linda’s Kitchen easily recognizable to her customers.
