Spring in Delhi is very short-lived and is seen with the blooming of pink and red flowers all over the city. One of the most prominent trees seen on the roads is that of the selma. It covers the whole city with its red flame. It is so beautiful that it forces you to pause and have a look at it. 

While photographing this tree I had the piano piece by Erik Satie -Gymnopedies piano 3 plugged on. It gave me the feeling that as if everything has slowed down, a very soothing calmful feeling. Since spring is for a very short time I wanted to capture it, slow the time and have it for myself.
