Questo progetto è stato un po'... complicato.
I problemi sono nati già in fase di progettazione. Dallo studio dei personaggi. Nella creazione dei protagonisti, mi ispirai alle fattezze canoniche dei licantropi ma l'editore voleva un aspetto più "umanizzato". Rifeci lo studio ed ottenni l'approvazione. Passai quindi allo storyboard delle pagine a fumetto. L'orrore fu quando scoprii che l'editore non leggeva gli storyboard e decideva se le tavole andassero o no bene solamente a tavola ultimata, il ché mi obbligava a rilavorare su vignette e vignette da capo, anche solo per la disposizione grafica.

Ultima gioia fu scoprire che il fumetto era destinato online e non cartaceo, rendendo vana la disposizione avvenuta in precedenza.
Però.
Però nonostante tutto ho portato a termine il progetto, e sono stato riconfermato per quelli futuri. Inoltre ho potuto sperimentare nuove differenti tecniche e sono tornato al piacere dello sporco e graffiato!
Inoltre ho lavorato con Licantropi e Vampiri, ed è sempre bello.
Però nonostante tutto ho portato a termine il progetto, e sono stato riconfermato per quelli futuri. Inoltre ho potuto sperimentare nuove differenti tecniche e sono tornato al piacere dello sporco e graffiato!
Inoltre ho lavorato con Licantropi e Vampiri, ed è sempre bello.

This project's been a little... complicated.
Problems starts at the beginning, with the character's study. Initially I drawn canonical Lycanthrope characters, but the editor wished for a more human version. I reworked on it and after the agreement I pass to the storyboard. Here I've found the main problem. I used to work with storyboard, than rough pencil and finally ink, with each process presented to the editor for the ok. But in this case the editor wanted a final version of the page and only at the final step he gives his ok. It's complicated and frustrating sometimes, cause it means rework again and again on the same panel or page. But in the final I did it, and I like the way it's gone out.
In this way I've proven to myself (and editor as well cause he called me back for other works) my professionalism and strong attitude.
Other than that I could experiment new and different technique and I had the opportunity to be back to a dirty and scratchy style.
And I've worked with Lycanthrope and Vampire, that is always funny!

Chi giace nella fogna?
Inizialmente senza occhi (in seguito aggiunti), i vampiri dovevano essere quasi alla stregua delle bestie. Mi sono ispirato più quindi a delle fattezze umanoidi ibride a pipistrelli, con contaminazioni in stile Nosferatu.

Problemi vampireschi
Come accennato, le pagine interne erano differenti. Ad esempio la posizione dei personaggi, o la sequenza della trasformazione inizialmente era mostrata con molta più sofferenza. Ma ho gradito che mi è stata data la possibilità di lasciare i peni ai vampiri.

As said the inner pages were different. The position of the characters, the transformation was more painfully in my first render. But I liked that I could'd the possibility to left the penis on the vampires.

Indubbiamente la richiesta di ricontrollare costantemente le vignette ha portato ad una qualità di conseguenza migliore. E di questo sono molto grato all'editore.
