These are my first wedding invitations and I was really honored to create them for my friends special occasion. 

Why a fish? Known as a symbol of subconscious and of wisdom, it can be considered as well as an emblem of birth and fertility. Through the ages the wedding meant a sacral rite of souls union and was believed to result from the Universe's will. 

For the couple the wedding was a part of the world's energy cycle like birth and death. The fish was a sign of their internal harmony with the world and of the feeling that this union was meant to be by the Universe itself.

I have meditated a while before I had all of them cut, but I felt happy to contribute to their special occasion.
