The Taxi Fabric project is a unique platform empowering designers to transform taxi seat covers into inspiring canvases that enhance the everyday travel experience of thousands of people. My collaboration with Taxi Fabric was celebrating the concept of Mumbai as India's "City of Dreams".
India is about dreams and celebration. It is about letting your imagination take flight and is the reason why we love Bollywood, long conversations in the rain and visionaries that are determined to build beautiful lives for themselves. The one city that brings all those magical elements together is Mumbai. It is this phenomenal spirit and desire to evolve every day that makes Mumbai the perfect canvas for my print. I can only hope that everyone who steps into this cab feels the same emotions wash through them as I did. After all, we're all stories in the end!

This project was not only about expressing my views on the subject of dreams but also to try to have fun with the visual aesthetics so that passengers can relate to the illustrations when they encounter my artwork in these moving spaces of art (a.k.a. taxis) in Mumbai.
