The Dream graphic was created with Adobe Draw on an iPad Pro. I created this to explore the use of letter forms and pattern fills with the Adobe Draw mobile app.
The pattern fills and letter forms were created inside of Draw by using Shapes that were created with Adobe Capture.
Adobe Draw does not include any Text tools but I wanted to create this graphic with only  Adobe mobile apps, so I used Adobe Comp to set the text. The text graphic was saved as an image file to the camera roll on my iPad from Comp.
The two following screens are from Adobe Capture.

Capture defaults to the camera at start but you can access images on the camera roll (and Creative Cloud files, and Adobe Stock) by clicking on the image in the upper right corner of the UI.

I made two Shape versions of the DREAM text, one outlined and one filled. The outline version was created by keeping the darkness slider at a minimum amount.
The fill patterns are created by erasing away pattern shapes.

I start by stamping the DREAM shape on it's own layer. Next I duplicate the layer and change the fill color of the letter shapes. Then I choose a pattern shape that I have created with Capture. I position the pattern shape over the letters and double tap with the eraser brush to cut away from the letter forms. When the new pattern layer is combined with the original filled layer it gives the appearance of having been masked, or filled with a pattern.

The background is made from several layers of different patterned shapes blended together.
