Deutsche Röstergilde, Web redesign (Oct 2016-Feb 2017)

After designing Kaffeeröster, the Deutsche Röstergilde asked me to redesign their website following the same style guide that I used for the booklet and the storytelling campaign.

During the kickoff meeting with the general secretary, the project manager, the developer and the content specialist, we discussed priorities and we agreed to organize a focus group with different website users.

Among the various types of possible users, I choose three different personas to represent the "coffee lover", the "DRG member", and the "DRG team worker". I sketched some storyboards to define new user journey maps, and then, new website features. 
I draw some sketches, choose fonts and colors and made hi-fi wireframes and mockups before sending the project to development.
