Kaffeeröster - Meisterhaft von der Pflanze bis zur Tasse (literally: 'Coffee roaster: masterfully from the plant in the cup') is a project that took me eight months to deliver it. The Deutsche Röstergilde - the german roasters guild -, asked me to come up something to tell the german coffee drinkers what's behind hand-roasted coffee and why it's something special.

After months spent on books, interviews and coffee-themed trips, Kaffeeröster came into being as a storytelling campaign through posters, infographics and a A6 booklet. This one was actually distributed during coffee fairs directly from the Deutsche Röstergilde, but also all over Germany from Crema, a specialized magazine for coffee lovers, and from local DRG roasteries to their customers.

Texts are written in German, but we are planning to translate the book in english very soon. In the meantime, you can download a digital version here for free.
