The design is closely related to the architectural program, wherein the set of similar housing was grouped to which a number of offices were attached to on top, in the low level two shops and a bar are set. The extra activities within the building program promote the exchange of users within.

The structure is externalized, based in diamonds joined at their edges, this system leaves free floor levels and can adapt to a natural morphology. Ground floor horizontal sunblind was arranged to give privacy to the premises on the shops, plus their morphology makes the link the ground with the tower is less abrupt.

La torre tiene estrecha relación con el programa arquitectónico, en donde se agruparon las actividades verticalmente favoreciendo el intercambio de usuarios.
Debido a su implantación se tuvo en cuenta tres factores esenciales: El primero es el del barrio que se ubica por detrás del terreno, este tiene en su gran mayoría viviendas de altura simple. El segundo son las torres linderas, ya que se ubica en una avenida que está en pleno desarrollo. Como tercer punto la interacción de pequeñas plazas alrededor y la falta de espacios verdes en la cuidad, hace que esta zona se destaque.
La estructura está exteriorizada, se basa en rombos unidos en sus aristas, este sistema deja las plantas libres y puede adaptarse a una morfología natural. En planta baja se dispusieron parasoles horizontales para darle privacidad a los locales en planta baja, además su morfología hace que el vínculo de la torre con el suelo sea menos abrupto.
Las losas tienen una gran viga exterior que soporta un masetero que le da vuelta a todo el edificio, estableciendo una relación entre el verde y la estructura de hormigón.
Se comenzó el proceso de diseño estableciendo mínimas, pero cómodas unidades de vivienda dispuestas de a pares espejados, se formaron tres grupos y se repitieron en altura teniendo en cuenta la necesidad del programa, se generó la malla exterior paramétricamente que envuelve las unidades funcionales cumpliendo la integridad de la estructura.
El edificio denota tres alturas, las cuales fueron consideradas de acuerdo a su ubicación en el espacio, en donde el terreno es colindante con el barrio se ocupa una altura menor, la misma se incrementa hacia el lado de las torres y, por último, para realzar la situación de esquina, se alza la altura mayor, esto hace que el edificio tome una disposición escalonada, lo que genera menor impacto al peatón.
