Lubyanka station
The Lubyanka station, originally called Dzerzhinskaya  station, opened in 1935 as part of the first stage of the Moscow metro. Underground hall and the platforms were made in the style of Soviet venguard by architect Nikolay Ladovsky.
In connection with the construction of a new subway line and complication of geological conditions, the station was reconstructed. In 1972 the station was finally reopened. The original design of the station was destroyed.
This 3d render supposedly shows how the station looked in the 1930s.
