At the venerable age of 125 years the Estonian flag stands as a unique and unmistakable symbol of the country’s identity. It stood strong and survived many times in turmoil and occupation, until its colors always standing for the indipendence of the people of Estonia: so much that it became in fact an integral part of the national identity.
