University project proposal - 

With air pollution reaching worrying levels in London, Grow London was a strategy aimed to encourage the growth of particular plant life, proven to absorb and trap certain air pollutants in London. By allocating more of the current environmental budget and congestion charges to fund rooftop gardens and green growth within London, also encouraging the public to get involved.
