In Argentina, dermatologists are among the medical specialists least consulted for preventive medicine.
Although from the Argentine Association of Dermatology recommend visiting a specialist once a year, most people have never visited one, without knowing that they can be carriers of some disease without apparent symptoms.
BACKGROUND
The major issue with skin disease is that people do not consult with their dermatologists until they see signs of a problem. And by that time it can be too late.
EXECUTION
We created a filter that transforms the cellphones LED light into a UV light. Light that allows us to see a range of information that would otherwise be invisible to the human eye. When the skin is illuminated in a dark space, the skin conditions become visible by the augmentating contrast or generating fluorescence.
