SAIT's Scholl of Hospitality and Tourism partnered with Bench wines to create a special run of wine bottles just for SAIT's centennial. The wine was to be sold at the Highwood (the school's fine dining 'living classroom' - rated on of the best places to eat in Calgary) and proceeds to be added to the Centennial scholarship fund. The wine was also used at all licence centennial events throughout the year. Many label designs were created, but eventually landed on using SAIT's centennial version of the new logo to become the counterpoint for the design.
