Injection moulding
When designing the mouse I had to take into consideration how it would be manufactured making sure my design had ribs, bosses as well as the correct draft angles necessary for the injection moulding process.
Sheet metal fabrication
When designing this product I had to take into consideration the metal fabrication.The features I have used in this design are joggle, bend radii, mitred corners and Louvres.
When I designed the watering can I had to consider rotational moulding manufacturing process radii corners, draft angles and wall thicknesses
This product was designed taking into consideration the thermoforming manufacturing process some features are trimmed edges, corner radii and draft angles.
