This exceptionally luxurious boutique hotel in Bantry Bay approached Dalmatian to design and produce a coffee table book to showcase their recently-completed, state-of-the-art Wine Gallery. The Gallery was commissioned as a tribute to South Africa’s winemakers, and the book needed to reflect not only the majesty of this exceptional opus, but also the levels of industry and creative endeavor that went into its construction.
