The first poster explains the ADDIE Model of Instructional Design. The poster shows the five stages of the ADDIE process and the pros and cons of using this process for instructional design.

The second poster explains the Successive Approximation Model of Instructional Design. The poster shows the start, stages and rollout of the SAM process, the iterative stages of the process and the pros and cons of using this process for instructional design.

This was my first version of the SAM poster. I was not happy with the way that the SAM an Addie posters red so I decided to change the orientation and the color contrast of the posters. I also customized them with arrows to make the posters more user friendly.
