Assemblage Sculpture Exercise
For this project, I explored how 3d programs work. I also learned to correctly create meshes and unite 3d shapes into a single object. I also learned how to scan objects and turn them into 3d shapes. Furthermore, I chose to use myself as the base object, I also added a Star Wars storm trooper mask. Finally, I chose to use swords. I randomly selected these items to turn into a single sculpture and I was really pleased with the end result. However, I ran into a lot of problems with this project. The swords I chose would not turn into solid objects which became a major problem when printing. Thankfully with the help of my Professor Meeson, I was able to get this sculpture printed successfully.
