The homepage was kept minimal to highlight the uses for the portable refrigerators.
Roemer Industries builds military-grade portable refrigerators and freezers mainly for hospitals, military, and humanitarian organizations. These portable storage units are used to transport extremely sensitive materials such as vaccines, blood, organs, plasma, and platelets that need a specific temperature range in order to remain viable. Their products are not only portable, but can also keep a consistent temperature for an extended period of time—this is crucial for remote operations, where a difference of a fraction of a degree can make all the difference.

The problem was that these devices—devices that have so much potential to be a game-changer in the medical industry—were not selling. The goal of the rebrand was to simplify the brand name from Roemer Industries to Roam to create a resonating brand presence and identity, as well as to redesign the website in order to drive leads and convert them into sales.

There were a few challenges met in this project—namely, the organization of content. I worked with a team of product managers to determine the best way to structure the content on the website in order to avoid redundancy and present a large amount of information and specifications in a clear, user-friendly, and visually pleasing way.
The HemoRoam page shows all of the products in the line, along with specific carrying capacities.
A specific product page. One of the marketing strategies was to create three separate brand names for the same product in order to target specific industries. The top section changes between the brands depending on the referral link with slight variations in temperature ranges, while the rest of the content remains static.
A page for a product with no variants.
The menu drops down into a mega menu to show the product variants.
The "Learn" menu item also drops down into a mega menu to give the visitor clear options to self-educate about the product.
The use of line icons stays consistent throughout the website.
