Kitchen Dog Theater

The following are excerpts from pieces I created for Kitchen Dog Theater, a dynamic little theater in the heart of Dallas, Texas with a lot to say.

Throughout, my design mimics the theater's seasonal advertising, whether in color, typeface, or layout, so as to create brand continuity and to solidify the theater's identity.

Above is the cover of the 5-year-plan I created for the theater's New Works Festival. The following four are examples of the same document.
Above: A map of target festivals around the country Kitchen Dog wanted to emulate.

Below: An example of one of my recommendations, this time for a new name and tag for the festival.

The next two items are the handbill templates I created for the many plays in the New Works Festival.

These final two items are "shelf-speakers" that would be placed underneath related movie titles at a popular local, independent video store. Ideas were also in the works for similar speakers at specific local food retailers with clientele within Kitchen Dog's audience.

Again, my design reflects the current season's advertising in order to create a strong brand identity for the theater.
